Chinese Farewell Phrase: "再见"
"再见" (zàijiàn) is the most common way to say goodbye in Chinese. It works in both formal and casual situations. Among close friends, "拜拜" (báibái, borrowed from English "bye-bye") is also common and sounds more casual.
