Hindi Shopping Phrase: "यह कितने का है?"
"यह कितने का है?" (Yeh kitne ka hai?) means "How much is this?" and is the basic way to ask for a price while shopping in Hindi. For feminine nouns, the ending changes to "यह कितने की है?" (Yeh kitne ki hai?). When you want to bargain, "थोड़ा कम कर दीजिए" (Please lower it a bit) is also commonly used.

यह कितने का है? (Yeh kitne ka hai?)
"How much is this?" (the basic way to ask a price)
थोड़ा कम कर दीजिए। (Thoda kam kar dijiye.)
"Please lower it a bit." (when bargaining)
